With this winning combination the result is outstanding. Every detail has been meticulously thought out, designed and put together with great style and expertise. One particularly eye-catching feature of the house is the fantastic outdoor area complete with guesthouse, dining space and pool, which really is the epitome of summer living.

Stylish Detail

The stunning outdoor area is located off the second level of the house, with large glass sliding doors connecting it to the upstairs lounge and extending the living space outside. Opposite is the guesthouse, which features a wall of copper slate tiles with a built-in fridge. Either side are two pillars of stacked slate stone, which the couple considers well worth the effort required to build them. The overall style of the outdoor area, like the rest of the house, is extremely clean and minimal. And with hardwood timber decking and creamy off-white porcelain tiles, the look is not only simple but also extremely glamorous. The pool, tiled with Bisazza glass mosaics, completes the perception of a top holiday resort.

The Great Entertainer

Swimming Pool
The pool area looks absolutely stunning at night thanks to effective use of lighting. Even the garden beds have lighting spikes to illuminate the Birds of Paradise and other plants.
Behind the copper slate tiled wall with built-in fridge and large white door is the guesthouse, which leaves visitors wanting for nothing.
The stacked-stone pillars provide an ideal nook for the dining table and chairs, above which is a cupboard for storing dinnerware, cutlery and glassware – basically a kitchenette right by the pool.
This outdoor area, and indeed the whole house, is an excellent showcase of Jason’s work. “Everything was built by Modline Building from start to finish.
